Shipping & Handling is calculated based upon the chosen method of shipment and the total purchase value of the merchandise being shipped. TylerDavids ships via USPS priority mail. UPS and Federal Express is available upon request at the current rates.
Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies: Merchandise purchased may be returned to our distribution center (noted on the package return label) within 10 days of purchase. Please insure the contents of the package for full retail value and keep all shipping receipts. Tylerdavids will not be responsible for return postage charges nor will your original shipping be refunded.
All claims for damaged merchandise must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of said merchandise. All packing materials must be kept regardless of apparent damage to packaging. If no replacement is possible, merchandise will be credited or refunded. The item may be returned to the location from which it was shipped. All returns must be insured for the value of the item. Defective items will be replaced if replacement is available and return shipping charges credited to your account.
Under the following conditions, no replacement or credit will be issued:
The request was made more than 10 days after receipt. The item is returned without an outer carton. The item is returned without original box and paperwork. The items or box has been marked by writing or improper handling. You did not keep the original shipping carton for the inspector.
